Hula Hoops
2006 was an exciting year for Hula Hoops, as the whole range was made healthier. They are made with 100% sunflower oil and contain no artificial colours or flavours or MSG. Hula Hoops contain 80% less saturated fat than in 2005, are lower in sodium and still have the same great taste.
In January 2006 Hula Hoops launched a limited edition with a Wild West Theme and two exciting flavours: Sheriff’s Saucy Ribs and Cowboy’s Classic BBQ Beans.
Hula Hoops benefited from a packaging refreshment, which appeared on the shelves from January 2005 when Hoops also introduced new flavours – Cheese & Onion, Roast Chicken and new Multipack combinations. The redesign was supported by TV advertising “In a Hole World of their Own” using the playfulness of the Hula Hoops to remind everyone why they love the brand.
